Terms of Use

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of accuparking.com (the "Site"), operated by AccuParking, a division of Lionsgate Concierge & Security Services ("AccuParking", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides general information about our services and lets you register a vehicle, pay or dispute a parking invoice, and contact us. Information on the Site is general and may change without notice. Parking at each property is governed by the property's posted signage and the terms printed on any parking notice or invoice. If the Site differs from the signage or a notice, the signage and notice prevail.

2. Eligibility and conduct

You must be at least 18 years old to submit forms or make payments on the Site. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and current information

  • Register only vehicles you are authorized to register

  • Not submit false, misleading or fraudulent information or documents

  • Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site

3. Visitor registrations

A registration applies only to the property, vehicle and period entered. It does not guarantee a parking space and does not override posted rules. You are responsible for entering correct information and keeping your confirmation. We are not responsible for registrations that are incomplete, incorrect or not received for any reason, including technical issues.

4. Parking invoices and disputes

  • Amounts, deadlines and fees are set out on the parking notice or invoice issued.

  • Disputes must be received within 7 days of the invoice issue date, online or by mail, with the information requested.

  • Submitting a dispute is free. A dispute received on time pauses the late fee while it is reviewed.

  • Decisions are made at our reasonable discretion, typically within 20 to 30 business days. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Amounts that remain unpaid may be subject to late fees and referred to collection, as permitted by law.

  • A dispute or request for information does not extend any deadline unless we confirm so in writing.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms. A payment is complete only when confirmed by the provider. We are not responsible for errors, delays or outages of third-party payment systems. Payments are non-refundable unless a dispute is decided in your favour.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the AccuParking name, logos, text and images, belongs to AccuParking or Lionsgate Concierge & Security Services or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the Site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccuParking, Lionsgate Concierge & Security Services and their owners, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid through the Site in the 12 months before the claim, or $100. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Ontario law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AccuParking, Lionsgate Concierge & Security Services and their owners, employees and agents from any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, or information you submit.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.

12. Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice, including if we believe these terms have been breached.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree that the courts of Ontario, sitting in Toronto, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these terms.

14. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated terms.

15. General

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any notice or invoice issued to you, are the entire agreement about your use of the Site. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. We may assign these terms without notice; you may not.
