Dispute a Parking Invoice
Disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the invoice issue date.
There is no cost to dispute an invoice.
If you submit your dispute within 7 days, you will not be required to pay the late fee.
You can dispute online using the form below, or by mail (instructions below).
Please expect a decision within 20 to 30 business days.
AccuParking is not responsible for disputes lost in the mail.

PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Your return address must appear on the envelope and dispute letter. Addresses that are illegible cannot be responded to accurately.
Please include a copy of your invoice. If not available, please ensure you clearly mark your licence plate number.
Please include a brief description of your dispute for consideration
If available, please include a copy of any supporting documents that might be required for consideration (proof of payment, parking pass, letter of permission, etc.)
AccuParking is under no obligation to return any documents received via mail, so please send copies of your documents and keep your originals.
